What is Nino, exactly?+
Nino is a live library of 200M+ Facebook and TikTok ads, the funnel behind each one and ten years of history, that Claude can read. Connect it once and Claude can search the whole market, open any ad in full (the video, the copy, how long it has run, where the click goes) and use what it finds to spot products, break down competitors and build ads and funnels for your brand. The Nino web app comes with it, so you can browse everything yourself too.
What is an MCP, and why should I care?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard from Anthropic that lets Claude use outside tools and data safely. Nino is one of those tools. Once it is connected, Claude can call it on its own whenever a question needs real ads: search the library, open an ad, run a competitor analysis. You never leave the chat, and there is nothing to install.
Can’t Claude do this already?+
Claude knows marketing. It has never seen an ad. Ask it what your competitors are running and it guesses from what it read in training, often months old. With Nino it looks at the ads that are live today and answers with them: the creative, the days running, the landing page behind the click. Same Claude, same chat window. Now it has the data.
How do I connect it? Do I need a developer?+
No developer, no code. Get Nino, open Settings and press Connect Claude. Paste the one link you get into Claude’s connectors and approve it once. From then on it stays connected in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, the Claude mobile apps and Claude Code. It takes about two minutes; the steps are in the Connect Claude guide.
Which tools does it work in?+
Claude first: the web app, the desktop app, the phone apps and Claude Code. Because Nino uses the open MCP standard, it also plugs into Cursor and any other tool that supports MCP, and developers get a plain API with the same tools. ChatGPT is next on our list. And the Nino web app works in any browser, with no AI tool at all.
What are the skills?+
Ready-made playbooks Claude follows step by step, so you do not have to write the perfect prompt. Say “find me a trending product in home fitness” or “break down this brand’s funnel” and the matching skill tells Claude exactly which data to pull and how to turn it into an answer you can act on. Fifty of them ship with every plan, and we add more as we learn what works.
The data
How fresh is the data?+
Live. New ads land in the library every day (the counter on the home page is real), and every ad carries the date it was first seen and how many days it has been running, which is the clearest signal that an ad is making money. The history goes back ten years, so Claude can also show you what worked last Black Friday, or three years ago.
Does Nino need access to my ad account?+
No. Nino only reads ads that are already public. It never connects to your Meta or TikTok ad account, never sees your spend and never changes anything on your side. The connection runs one way: Claude reads from Nino. You can revoke it in one click from your Nino settings, and it stops working everywhere immediately.
How do I know Claude isn’t making it up?+
Because every answer comes with the receipts. When Claude answers through Nino it pulls real records from the library and shows them to you: the actual ad, the day it was first seen, the page it sends people to. Open any of them and check for yourself. It is the difference between a guess and a screenshot.

Is my data safe?+
Yes. You are researching public ads, and your brand, strategy and account stay private to you, encrypted. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
What does it cost? Is the Claude connection extra?+
One plan, everything included: the full web app, the 200M+ ad library, the Claude connection and the skills pack. Nothing is gated and there is no second bill for using Nino inside Claude. Plans start at $22.50 a month on the yearly term; every option is on the pricing page.
How many questions can I ask?+
Every plan includes 300 AI credits a month. One credit is one AI action, like a market search or a full ad breakdown, whether you run it in the web app or through Claude. Browsing, filtering, opening and saving ads never cost anything. Most people never run out. If you do, you can top up from $25 or wait for the monthly refresh, and you are never locked out.
Is there a free trial or a refund?+
No free trial, but every plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Your first 30 credits are always free: use 30 or fewer and you get everything back, no questions; use more and you get the unused share. The exact calculation is on the refund page.
How do I cancel?+
Any time, from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and simply does not renew.
Where do I find my invoices?+
In Settings → Billing → Manage billing, the Stripe customer portal. Every charge is also emailed to you as a receipt.
